The Story of the Bible tells begins with CREATION (Genesis 1 and 2) and ends with the CONSUMMATION (Revelation 21 and 22). It begins with the truth that we were made in the ‘image of God’, and ends with the promise that we are destined for the ‘glory of God.’
When God made us, He made us for Himself!
Between the ‘Creation’ and ‘Consummation’ are the sad story of our ‘Fall’ — our rebellion against our Creator and the glorious Story of Redemption—the story of how the Creator overcame the disaster of our rebellion, in order to bring His purposes for His creation to their glorious God-given end.
We who have ‘fallen’ need to be ‘picked up’ (reclaimed, redeemed, and renewed) and then taught once again how to ‘live as we were created and destined to live’!
That is what the Christian life is all about.
It is by ‘the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit’ (2 Corinthians 13:14) that we together are learning to live that life.
We are committed to seek the Holy Spirit’s direction for intentional growth – in depth and breadth – Leading to stability and permanence of this “mother” church and the birth of a “daughter” church.
